My Story

Being diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) at age 11 shouldn’t be normal. Having daily panic attacks shouldn’t be normal. Not leaving the house from age 16 shouldn’t be normal. But for many years, that was my normal. I forgot what it felt like to live without anxiety.

After battling with crippling Agoraphobia for over 4 years, I finally broke free using The Craved Method. I went from being housebound for 3 years straight to going out every week, doing my usual activities with little to no anxiety—even travelling across the country solo! I got my life back, and now I’m here to help you do the same. I never thought I’d step outside again, but with patience and persistence, peace became my new normal. You can get there too.
